This website stores no learner progress, assessment submissions or learner records and adds no forms, uploads, checkout, embedded social feed or optional analytics. Downloading a resource makes an ordinary hosting request. Following an external link uses that provider’s service and privacy terms.
We may receive your name, professional role, work contact details, correspondence, general enquiry, relevant publicly available business-source details, and objection/suppression preferences for independent property decision-readiness enquiries from professional owners and advisers. Please do not send property documents, identity records, finance or client files, confidential materials, or sensitive data through this introductory email channel.
We respond to requested enquiries and appropriately scoped follow-up on legitimate interests or, where applicable, steps you request before a contract. We keep a minimal record of correspondence, decisions and objections to manage enquiries and avoid repeat unwanted contact under legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations. Any direct marketing remains separately subject to UK GDPR and PECR: public availability of an address is not permission or consent. No solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect are made through this site.
Initial enquiries use a Venture Foundry/brand Microsoft Outlook.com mailbox. Limited internal enquiries may be manually recorded within founder-restricted FoundryOS/Supabase CRM; the operational system does not imply automatic Outlook synchronisation. LinkedIn and other platforms process interactions under their own terms when independently used. Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and processes necessary technical requests and network/security information; this may include IP addresses, browser metadata and Access security events for restricted environments. No forms, paid checkout, optional analytics scripts or marketing trackers are installed in this website. HoneyBook is not an enquiry processor here merely because a founder account exists.
Some suppliers and subprocessors may handle information internationally. The controller will assess actual account-specific arrangements and appropriate UK transfer safeguards, where applicable. Ordinary introductory correspondence and related internal CRM details are subject to a monthly review and are normally deleted or anonymised 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. Active deletion may not immediately remove copies in providers' managed backup cycles. The manual review procedure is adopted, not represented as automated or completed for all records.
