Received is a record of delivery

A fictional manager’s note says ground rent is not payable. Another source refers account status to the freeholder. Current ledgers are absent. These materials do not establish a nil-arrears position. The contradiction remains visible even if every supplied document has been indexed.

Supported is a different question

Link the assertion to its author, source, version, effective date and limitation. Record whether it is current, stale, contradicted or missing support. Do not upgrade a statement because it has been repeated across several trackers; those trackers may share the same underlying source.

Determination needs an appropriate owner

The responsible professional or information owner must answer the relevant question within their competence and authority. A useful exception entry names the required evidence and next action. It should not turn an unresolved account question into a legal conclusion.

General education using entirely fictional examples. No client outcomes, legal, title, valuation, investment, lending or technical determination is established. Authorised professionals retain their responsibilities. No third-party reliance or engagement is created.
